Most of the real estate closings we handle are billed without a retainer. We charge a low flat fee which is not payable until you close. If the transaction does not close you owe us nothing.
We also recognize how important it is to move quickly. When we represent sellers, contracts are prepared and sent out by email or fax within 24 hours. When we represent buyers, we immediately review the contracts and arrange to meet with our clients to get the contracts signed.
We have developed a network of real estate service professionals that we employ on your behalf to insure a smooth transaction. From a professional engineering inspection, title search, survey or even a moving company, we put our years of experience to work for you!
During the course of a year, we close hundreds of transactions relating to every kind of residential real estate closing, including single family homes, multifamily homes, condominiums, cooperative apartments and vacant land.
